    Hi Aquas!

Anyone have any clever ideas around heating for small systems in the winter. My system is insulated with insulated floors and currently I am using a 2000 fan heater as this is so far the quickest way in getting the temperature to what I need it to be but the downside is it used a whole Escom of power (the only bit they have Rofl), there are lots of ideas from underground heating to compost heating etc and I also used pipe heaters with a low wattage but that was to slow, so, it is all about heating and saving electricity. I have used solar panels with a wind turbine before but where I am (wet muddy cold rock in the northern ocean called UK) and as you know the sun is only something you see on a postcard here, the wind is not constant enough its not like PE so the batteries were draining to quickly. Any thoughts?

    Thank you
